This is brand new without tags as shown. See measurements in photos. It is about a XXL size. There are no tags in the shirt. So I don’t know the material but it’s a lightweight, Probably a synthetic blend. Super cute spring/summer top. Sleeves can be worn up or down, great for layering. This dresses up or down very well.
